Question: What is consecutive interpretation? I have never heard of it, could you please explain to me?
Answer: Consecutive interpretation means when a speaker says a few sentences at a time or keeps speaking for 2 minutes and makes pauses for the interpreter to have time slots for interpretation. However, it happens that a speaker keeps talking for 5 minutes which is not a problem for me either.
Question: Do we have to provide you with materials in advance?
Answer: If you have materials in advance, it is of course, perfect but most of the times, a schedule is more than enough for me.
